I took my sons in today for a consultation. From the moment we walked in until we left, it was a great experience. This place is ran like a well oiled machine. The staff, assistants, and Dr. McClaran were super friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything perfectly. This will be our Orthodontist!Update: We’ve been going for over a year now. The staff is absolutely wonderful! My kids are in and out very quickly and everyone is so friendly. I would highly recommend this Orthodontist! Love them!

Dr. McClaran saved me when I was in a pickle and needed help with my son’s broken braces. I was unable to travel to see our regular orthodontist and she fit me in as an emergency appointment even though my son wasn’t even a patient of her practice! She went completely out of our way to help me in a bind. Her demeanor was so motherly and so patient. I can’t speak highly enough of her personality and her kindness!

They were amazing from the time before I arrived till the very end of my appt! Everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful! Nice and affordable! I’m so glad I found this place! Dr McClarn is the dopest…she finds other ways to fix and help you without interfering with what you want for your smile! I love this place!

We love Dr McClaran and ALL the staff, This is exactly the place I wished to find. They are very friendly, treat you like a family. My son is using bracing and as a first time mom I had to idea what road to take, they took the time and explained the whole process. This is a place you definitely want to go for your orthodontist needs…

We LOVE Dr. McClaran! As an adult I needed some tweaking, so I did Invisalign and had AMAZING results! Now, one of our kiddos is getting started with the team and we know he is in great hands. They are efficient and always a text away...which is so convenient!

My experience was great! I saw their add of Facebook & came in for an Invisalign consultation. From the moment I walked in, they took all the COVID precautions & I felt very safe. Dr. Claran addressed the specialized fitting of the trays around my crown (which was a concern of mine) without me even having to ask. Everything was digital, no big heavy x-ray protection jacket needed...no messy impression trays! (Thank you Jess, you were wonderful) Every tooth was scaned into a 3-D model of my mouth, this was amazing to see. They have a very affordable payment plan if needed & even a lifetime replacement plan for retainers. I will be recommending everyone I know who is looking for orthodontic work to come to McClaran Orthodontics! Thank you very much!!

The office is clean and welcoming. Everyone I have encountered from the staff is professional, patient, and extremely friendly. I appreciate the personalized service that Dr. McClaran delivers to her patients. On a personal note: I am a person of color, and to be quite frank, we don't always feel welcome, or receive equitable treatment, everywhere. I had no issues with that at McClaran Orthodontics. Their customer service is top notch. I whole-heartedly recommend them!

Dr McLaran is the BEST Orthodontist in the Cool Springs area! Conveniently located In Nolensville, her office is immaculate, her staff is professional, kind, and efficient, and Dr McLaran is a perfectionist which makes for a beautiful smile. With two teenage boys needing braces plus Invisalign for me and my husband,—all at the same time — Dr McLaran offered affordable payment options, so we weren’t forced to limit care despite our limited budget. We absolutely love Dr. McClaren and her staff! My 9 year old daughter just got her expander and it’s been the most seamless process. I’ve never had to wait, they’ve allowed me to go back with my daughter and they’ve explained the process so well! Their prices are great also. This place is amazing! Both my boys had braces put on in December and everyone at McClaran is wonderful, helpful, and so personable. This morning my daughter needed an emergency replacement retainer and I texted the office at 7:30 to ask if there was any possible way they could squeeze her in before she went back to college (today). Not only did they get her in, but she was back home before 9am and on the road by 10am and the retainer will be delivered straight to her college campus as soon as it's ready. Hands down the best customer service we've EVER received. Thank you, McClaran Orthodontics!

Dr. McClaran and her staff are awesome. I originally decided to take both my boys to her practice because it was close to my home and they could actually go after school if necessary. After having been with her practice now for over 6 months I can say we truly love it. Dr. McClaran and her staff are very kind and caring and want to make sure that any orthodontia is perfect! My boys are rough on their braces and have had to go back several times for loose wires and such. The doctor and her staff take them in immediately and resolve any issues they may have. WE hardly ever have to wait! Love McClaran Orthodontics!
